This is the Privacy Policy of the Girl’s Guide Courses website (the “Site”), operated by 8175420 Canada Inc., doing business as “Girl’s Guide Courses with Amanda Aitken” (together with our affiliates and subsidiaries, “Girl’s Guide Courses”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) and our related products and services. It describes the information that we collect from you as part of the normal operation of our Site, and how we use and disclose this information.

If your information is included in our online student directory, the information presented there will be published online and visible to the public.

Subsidiaries and Affiliates; Service Providers. We may from time to time use the services of affiliates, subsidiaries and unrelated service providers in the operation of the Site, and may disclose your personal information to them in the course of our use of their services. For example, we may use the services of third-party hosting companies to host the operation of the Site. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Girl’s Guide Courses stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. In particular, we do not collect credit card information from our users – any credit card information provided for use of the Site is provided to third party payment processors.
